MILESTONES
After you have accepted your design proposal, the REAL work begins. At Mae Reedy Design, we don't believe in rushing the process. This is how mistakes are made. To allow our creatives time to support you, here is our tentative timeline. Please keep in mind, we are growing at a rapid pace which may affect estimated timelines. We will communicate any and all updates with you throughout the entirety of your project.

Kick Off Meeting, Budget Interview & Site Survey
Welcome aboard! We would love to come kick things off right. We ask important follow up questions and take very detailed notes and dimensions of your space.
TIMEFRAME
Concept Design Phase
Whether its decor or general contrating services, we will be working hard behnd the scenes to formulate your plan. This includes moodboards, space plans, and sample selections. This phase can be sped up based on how detailed your responses are to our follow ups.
Trade Day
Construction clients will have a meeting with the trades to help us gather accurate bids on your project once we know exactly what we will be asking them to execute
Design Presentation
The behind the scenes work is almost done. We will present construction clients with a detailed scope of work and total cost. Once you are ready, we go under contract for construction and completion of design.

Design Clients will be presented with their shopping proposal, with total costs. If we are shoppign for you, payment will be collected for approved items and shopping begins. completion subject to shipping times of furniture, time estimate presented
