The Joyful Jubilee project transformed a dark, heavy interior into a home that feels bright, timeless, and effortlessly elegant. The original design featured dark baseboards, bulky stair details, and oversized fixtures that weighed the rooms down. Our clients envisioned light stairs and trim, simplified balusters, and lighting scaled like jewelry to bring balance and sophistication. At the heart of the remodel, we reimagined the kitchen island once cramped by a sink into a spacious, mitered-edge centerpiece designed for gathering and connection. Sherwin-Williams Evergreen Fog on the family built-in, paired with lighter cabinetry and walls, refreshed the palette while keeping the look calm and inviting.

When the family returned from vacation, their late-night HGTV-style reveal became an unforgettable moment their two young sons ran through the newly opened spaces with excitement and joy. The result is a home that blends modern functionality with quiet elegance, creating a bright, welcoming environment perfectly tailored to this family’s everyday life.
