Riviera Restoration Kitchen
After flood damage affected the first floor of this home, the kitchen presented an opportunity for a thoughtful rebuild. The existing Tuscan palette felt dated, but the homeowners wanted to respect the architecture of the home rather than completely erase it. Our approach was to reinterpret those original elements with a more refined and modern sensibility while keeping the overall layout intact.
By focusing on customization rather than structural changes, we were able to tailor the space to the homeowners’ cooking style and daily routines. A two-tone stain adds depth and balance to the cabinetry, while purposeful features like an appliance garage, a cookbook library niche, and a dedicated coffee bar create organization and ease. The result is a kitchen that feels timeless and resilient—honoring the home’s roots while delivering elevated function and everyday comfort.
