A shower leak left this primary bathroom partially demolished for months, with the whole household sharing a single hall bath while life kept moving forward. It wasn’t just an inconvenience it was exhausting. When construction finally began, this primary bathroom remodel had one clear goal: preserve what worked while upgrading everything that didn’t. Our clients loved the existing layout, especially the dedicated makeup area, and knew the bones were solid enough to build on.

Dark countertops gave way to brighter quartz that completely changed the room’s energy. Dated finishes were refreshed throughout, and rectangular undermount sinks replaced the old oval ones, giving the vanity a cleaner, more contemporary feel. The oversized built-in tub came out in favor of a freestanding soaking tub that instantly made the room feel lighter and more refined. This single change shifted the entire aesthetic from dated to modern without losing any functionality.
